Closing the knowledge gap

one workshop at a time

At the Siempre Sports Academy, the workshops will serve as a place where students will learn the soft skills necessary to be competitive on the sport job market, as well as a space where students can network with other underrepresented students.

Most importantly, the workshops will be a space where underrepresented students will acquire tools for success directly from industry leaders and participate in personal interactions that will foster a network of sport professionals to assist in the employment process.
