  • In working with the University of South Carolina Athletics Department, Dr. Savant led cultural competency trainings. The trainings were held via Zoom, where Dr. Savant offered historical contexts to the college athlete experience and pragmatic solutions for the UofSC to improve on matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Dr. Williams was hired as a Special Consultant on all matters pertaining to diversity, equity, and inclusion for the San Jose State University Athletics Department in Fall on 2022. In this role, Dr. Williams is tasked with overseeing DEI strategies, plans, and implementation for the Athletic Department. Additionally, Dr. Williams works directly with the Assistant Athletics Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to provide both staff and student facing workshops (and materials) for the advancement of knowledge related to the specifics of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.

  • As a Business Development Consultant, Dr. Williams (founder of Savant Siempre, L.L.C) was brought on to aid in the development of strategic plans for driving customer engagement and client acquisition. Dr. Williams also serves as an on-site representative at various events and meetings concerning the growth and implementation of FanKave software.
